Have you been that one who have tried every dieting fad just to lose weight? Or maybe, the other way around. Have you ever been that someone who has tried a lot of proper diet management tips to gain weight?! And either way, you achieved it for a while but not long after, you bounced back to your same old routine, same old weight. You’ve managed yet again to go on the ever infamous yo-yo dieting.
Yo-yoing is actually found to be unhealthy for anyone. Researches have found that yo-yoing can not only be frustrating but it also makes you loose your self-confidence.
Your body adjusts to your every gain and every losing of weight. Your skin, for one, is stretched back and forth, causing stretch marks by accommodating the change of the mass of your over-all body muscles. This is just an example for the visible changes. A lot of other things may happen internally to the body which may cause far greater damage.
Yo-yo no more. If your weight tends to fluctuate by at least 10 pounds a year, year after year, your heart could suffer. Researchers believe yo-yoing lowers levels of good high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.
Stick with sensible eating habits- not the latest fad plan.
Carbonated drink has been around the market for the longest time. From brownish red, to clear white, to orange, to lemon green, to pale and dark yellow, to grape-colored one. Name it, the soda market has it. From full-flavored ones to diet (with lesser sugar) to no sugar at all, they are making soda available for every body’s liking.

While it’s true that these are thirst quenchers, little do people know that soda makes you feel full but it actually leaves you craving for more. So, before you know it, you’ve gulped down more cans or bottles of this carbonated drink. What’s alarming is how people now are substituting water with soda. Not only is this bad to your teeth as it eats up the enamel if you don’t brush after you drink or you don’t swig it down with water, it can actually bring forth more serious illness than just a case of bad teeth.
Swig less soda. Just one non-diet serving a day raises type 2 diabetes risk by 80 percent. Instead, drink water: five or more glasses a day keeps blood from thickening and cuts heart attack risk almost in half.
Drinking soda isn’t bad if you’ll have it moderately. Drink to your health!
